What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique™?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique™ (QHHT®) involves inducing a person into the Somnambulistic (Théta) state of trance through visualization. It is a state that is often experienced just before you consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep.

Dolores Cannon developed this technique over 45 years. In the beginning, she worked as a team with husband Johnny, a United States Navy man. Together, they treated people in the military, navy and air force, who were experiencing post traumatic stress disorder and depression. Hypnosis was also used for such things as relaxation therapy, eating disorders, high blood pressure, and smoking. After her husband was in a near fatal car accident, Dolores flew solo as an hypnotherapist. She began to take hypnosis beyond past life regression to connect to a power­ful part of what she called a person’s Subconscious. Today, it is also referred to as the Higher Self, Higher Consciousness, Universal Mind, or Oneness.

QHHT® works on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels to help you live your best life. It searches for root causes of illness or problems as well as addressing symptoms. How to Prepare for QHHT®?

Day Before Session
Type out a list of personal questions about your physical, emotional, and spiritual health that you want asked of your Subconscious/Higher Self. Email this list to Cynthia the night before your appointment or print them out at bring them with you the day of the appointment.

Avoid alcohol and sugar the night before.

Raise your vibration by setting your intentions to have a great session, do deep breathing or stretching exercises, smile, and practice visualization meditation.


Day of Session
Eat a light breakfast and refrain from caffeine and sugar.   If you are a big coffee drinker, keep caffeine to an absolute minimum so you do not go into withdrawal during the session.  However, make sure you do not have caffeine or any stimulants at least two hours prior to the session.

Do not skip breakfast, because you need something to sustain you for many hours. However, do not eat a heavy meal right before your appointment.

Do not book any appointments for after the session.

Turn off your phone. 


What to Expect at a QHHT® Session?

Always expect the unexpected!

The QHHT® session occurs in a warm, inviting setting. It begins with an inter­view to go over your questions and share the reasons for having a session.

After the discussion, you are induced into hypnosis to work with your Subconscious/Higher Self. Then you are guided to where you choose to go. There are many possibilities for what happens in a session. A person’s Subconscious/Higher Self controls what is shown to them. The practitioner does not tell it what to do. You are shown what you need to see for meaning in your present life. Some people go into the future and imagine their ideal life. Other people go to an important day in this lifetime either to resolve issues in their past or retrieve lost memories. Lessons are learned through connecting with the Subconscious/Higher Self and help is given that it deems appropriate. There is no judgement or blame. It is all about moving forward in your present life with greater understanding of who you are, what you want, and what you are going to do to get it. People have a session for many reasons, which include better health, happiness, wellness, relationships, keys to success and inspiration.

After the session is over, there is a short debriefing. Cell phones need to be off during this time. Afterwards, you need to go and eat. Don’t drive until you are alert. If you do not feel that you can drive after the appointment, you must arrange for a responsible person to assist you to your residence or accommodation.

Take it easy and don’t make major decisions that require concentration. Also, do not operate heavy machinery, sign legal documents, care for small children, or perform other duties requiring independent judgement or strenuous effort for a period of at least twenty-four hours (24 hours) following the QHHT® session.
