What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)™?

RTT is a hybrid therapy that offers amazing results! It uses a combination of hypnosis techniques (e.g. trance, regression, and hypnotic conditioning), hypnotherapy, contemporary therapies, the most beneficial aspects of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as unique therapeutic techniques developed by Britain's top hypnotherapist, Marisa Peer. RTT is a distinctive therapeutic approach that helps people get to the root cause of their symptoms in order to create positive change. Cynthia was personally trained by Marisa Peer in London, England.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

RTT is delivered in one 90 minute session. The results are often rapid and long lasting. Usually, people only need one session for each unrelated issue; however, sometimes up to three sessions are needed (e.g. bulimia and anorexia often require three sessions).  The session is reinforced by a personalized audio that you must listen to every day for three weeks.

Why Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is used as part of RTT, because it allows access to the subconscious and to key parts of the mind for achieving freedom from issues. Direct access to this part of the mind means that you have ready access to the information required to understand what is going on for you, as opposed to endless talking and telling your story session after session in the hope that the source of the issue might eventually be found.

What does RTT Look Like? 

The technique honours and values the significance that people place on their own issues and empowers them to make the changes needed.

People experience powerful, emotional release during a session, which impacts upon their physical health.

RTT can work to enhance your peak performance and confidence with such things as public speaking, writing exams, playing sports, and dramatic acting.  It can also work to be free from problems such as anxiety, phobias, overweight and eating disorders.  See the topics list for the many different areas that RTT has been successfully used.

RTT draws out ‘unfinished business’ that addresses trauma that clients have been holding onto for many years. A safe therapeutic space is provided for people to finally get the sense of closure and peace that is needed from people that have hurt them.

Regression is often part of the session; however, it is not always necessary if the root cause of the issue/problem is already known.  If regression is used, you do not relive events.  You review significant things for understanding to be applied to your current situation.  Understanding is power and under hypnosis, it is a transforming power to help you release whatever is holding you back or causing you problems.  You are safe.  I've worked with hundreds of people under hypnosis and dealt with many trauma cases to release fear and anger while reclaiming power, self-esteem, and confidence.

Throughout the session, and while the person is in trance, there is continual dialogue between the client and therapist. The client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them. This leads to long lasting, powerful change.

An audio recording is provided to clients after the session for continued listening and reinforcement. It is crucial that the audio be listened to every day for 21 days after the session to assist in hard-wiring the changes that are made during the session itself.
