Weight & Eating Problems
Normally, I'm a little hesitant to post before and after photos. But, I'm so impressed with this woman and she gave me permission to show off her progress. On the left, you see Alexis in her 20’s almost 300 lbs with low energy and having trouble sleeping. On the right, you see Alexis in her 50’s around 120lbs feeling healthy with lots of energy to live life to its fullest.
If you want to reduce your weight, then the first thing that you need to do before buying a gym membership or a home treadmill is to take care of self judgements. If not, you will go to the gym, judge yourself, compare yourself with others, and fail yet again to let go of your unwanted weight! How often have you been hard on yourself when you are not sticking to your diet and then return to self-sabotaging eating habits?
It’s not your fault that you are holding onto the extra weight. When Alexis was young, she wanted to take care of her siblings and told herself that she will be a BIG girl. She wanted to be BIG so that she could protect them. She wanted to be BIG so that she could provide for them. Do you see the pattern that caused her to get BIG in every way?
Again, It’s not your fault that you hold onto the weight! It takes subconscious reprogramming to change things. Depending on how much weight you want to shed and the number of root causes you have, you may need from one to three 90 minute sessions of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). If you have a lot to release, then I'd recommend three sessions and a commitment to listen to personalized audios that I'll give you. I'm dedicated to working with you to help you free yourself from self-judgements, be healthier, and achieve your ideal weight. Letting go of negative emotions hidden in the subconscious will assist the body to let go of the weight. Only then will you start to get the real benefits from your exercise routine.
